About Howard's Budget Furniture & Mattress

Howard's Budget Furniture & Mattress started as a flooring store in Bowling Green owned by the Robinson family. As business grew, the family decided to expand by adding furniture. They eventually dropped the flooring to just focus on furniture at the store, which became known as Robinson's Furniture.

2004

In 2004, the third generation of the Wright family – owners of Wright Furniture & Flooring in Hannibal – bought Robinson's Furniture and made it part of the Wright family of furniture stores. To honor the founder of Wright furniture, Howard Wright, the store was renamed Howard's.

Today

Today, at Howard's we continue the Wright commitment to treating our customers right. We remain the best value in Missouri by offering the biggest selection of quality furniture, always at the best price, and by providing great service and treating our customers like family. That's the Wright way.
